We Give Support and Assistance to
Those Who Need It the Most
Better Days Community Outreach Services in Calumet City, Illinois is dedicated to uplifting lives and ending hunger and poverty. We do this by providing support services to individuals and families from all walks of life, including seniors, physically ill persons, the mentally/spiritually infirm, homebound persons, and the homeless.

About Us
Better Days Community Outreach Services is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was founded by Joyce Smith in 2015. What motivated her to start the group was her experience in seeing the homeless populations both in the streets and within facilities being underserved.
Since our establishment, we have been working hard to achieve our vision of communities where everyone has basic necessities and living essentials. We also aim to provide housing to the homeless and shared living spaces for seniors and veterans.
